Ricky Ashton loves his job! Not a day goes by when he wishes he were doing something else. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Ashton is passionate about his clients, ranging in age from 8-75, in order to help them improve their overall health and well-being through motivation, goal setting, nutrition and individualized workouts. Ashton’s journey into physical fitness, basketball training and sports performance training has evolved from his personal experiences as a college athlete.
