It was my own personal search to find optimal wellness that led me to become a Personal Trainer. I came to The Next Level Fitness in 2004 as a mother of two who was determined to get back in shape. I love working out – weight training, high-intensity interval training, bodyweight training – anything physical that pushes me and makes me sweat! I am a PFIT Certified Personal Trainer and enjoy meeting clients exactly where they are and helping them find the fitness level they are looking for. It’s there for the taking and it’s never too late!
